Utterly irreplaceable Noah was a wonderfully versatile horse. One of the Centre’s weight carriers, he could turn his hoof equally well from very respectable canter dressage tests, Diploma learner lessons, to work on the lead-rein with less experienced RDA riders. He qualified three times at the RDA National Championships in 2012, 2013 and 2014 and took many riders to success in RDA dressage.
Noah will leave a huge void and it will be very difficult to find another weight carrying horse who is quite so adaptable and trustworthy.
Noah also made the headlines in 2014 when he survived a road traffic accident that brought the traffic on both sides of the A1 to a standstill with only a few cuts and bruises! He was on the way back from Liverpool Veterinary Hospital after having a tooth removed and we were all so glad when he made a complete recovery.
Noah had been on long-term loan to the Centre since 2009 and we are very grateful to his owner for the seven and a half years of pleasure he brought to so many of our participants. He will be very sadly missed.
