Our Centre has purpose-built facilities including:
- Indoor and outdoor arenas (40m x 20m) with special dust free surfaces
- Specialised equipment includes a unique mounting area with electric hoist and access ramps for wheelchair users
- Computer-aided mechanical horse with hoist facility
- Seated viewing gallery and judge’s box (indoor arena)
- Integral stabling and loose boxes
- Classroom, tack room and feed room

Facilities Hire
Our arenas, conference room and mechanical horse are available for public hire in the evenings and weekends.
Group Hire
Up to 4 horses per hour up to 4 hours:
- Indoor Arena £30.00
- Outdoor Arena £20.00
- Both Arenas £45.00
- £5 per extra horse
Full Day Hire
Indoor arena and conference room £275.00
Blackberry (Mechanical Horse) Group Hire
£50.00 per hour including Unicorn Centre Coach
Other options available on request including “Use your own coach”.
Day hire for indoor and outdoor arenas and conference room: £340.00, plus Blackberry charges if applicable.

Conference Room
Payment is required at time of booking through HorseMonkey. The full fee will be charged for any hire session cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, likewise for non-attendance at a booked session. The fees include the use of jumps and equipment, but any breakages must be paid for. All equipment and droppings must be cleared away afterwards.
CONFERENCE ROOM HIRE
Our conference room seats at least 50 people (theatre style) and 25-30 at tables. It is also suitable for use as a Community Room for vocational classes and meetings by local groups and organisations. There is a small kitchen for making light refreshments.
Please contact us if you would like to have a look round before booking. The Centre is only 5 minutes from the A19 south of Middlesbrough; it offers a quiet, countryside, secure location for business meetings, small conferences, training events etc. The car park is large, well-lit, free and secure.
PRICES
Full day (9.00am - 5.00pm): £50.00. Half day (9.00am - 1.00pm or 1.00pm - 5.00pm): £30.00
Cancellation of pre-booked sessions will incur a charge if less than 48 hours’ notice is given.
