HORSES - We plan to continue to build up our horse team to enable us to offer more lessons and also some are now nearing retirement age and we will have to replace them. The cost can range from £3000 upwards.

HORSE SPONSORSHIP for the keep of our 10 horses @ £2000 each per annum, including horse shoes x £48 per pair

BUILDING MAINTENANCE.  This is ongoing - a bit like the Forth Road Bridge! We need to paint the outside woodwork and doors this year - unless you know of a work team who would do it for us?

BARN RETAINING WALL.  Has cracked and needs rebuilding. This will need earthworks and a completely new block wall.

STABLE BLOCK ROOFS. Replace the roofing on our isolation block stables.

LED LIGHTING FOR OUTDOOR ARENA. To replace convential lights on four existing columns.

LED LIGHTING FOR STABLE YARD. To replace existing.

PUBLIC and STAFF TOILETS.  Refurbishment and supply and installation of disability changing facilities.

OUTSIDE BACK YARD.  To improve drainage, relevel and restone.

FIELD MAINTENANCE.  Including regular maintenance of field boundaries, pastures and hay making.

FIELD CLEARANCE AND SENSORY TRACKS. Large field to be cleared of brush and boundaries cut back. Fencing repaired.  Paths to be cut through for sensory trails and hacking.

HORSE RUGS - approximately £1000.

SPECIALIST RIDER EQUIPMENT  This includes helmets, saddles, reins, dapps stirrups, rainbow reins, ladder reins. Many of our riders have individual needs and these items can be extremely costly to purchase.

RUBBER MATTING FOR STABLES approximately £3000 to reduce our bedding costs. 

SOLAR PANELS. Again a major project.  Installing these on the main building roof would reduce our energy costs.

AND of course, core funding to help us on a day-to-day basis with salaries and bills etc
