LIFE SAVING SURGERY IN LIVERPOOL SAVES LOCAL RDA PONY

ANGUS, a much-loved pony at the Riding for the Disabled Association’s Unicorn Centre based in Hemlington, is trotting into the New Year with a spring in his step following lifesaving surgery.

VISIT FATHER CHRISTMAS ON HORSEBACK

CHILDREN can visit Father Christmas on horseback this year. The Riding for the Disabled Association's Unicorn Centre is holding a Christmas Fair and Father Christmas will be waiting in his Grotto for the riders and ponies.

The Unicorn Centre provides riding lessons and therapy for children and adults from 5 years old, both disabled and able-bodied. The Centre's horses and ponies are carefully chosen for their temperament, size and ability to work with disabled riders, and a hoist facility for mounting onto ponies is available for wheelchair users... read more
