ELEVEN QUALIFY FOR TEAM UNICORN
Eleven riders at the Riding for the Disabled Association’s Unicorn Centre at Hemlington near Middlesbrough are celebrating after qualifying to compete at the RDA National Championships this summer.
They’ll all be competing in showjumping, dressage or the Countryside Challenge at the RDA National Championships in Hartpury, Gloucestershire on 17-19 July.
The Riding for the Disabled Association’s Unicorn Centre, based at Hemlington near Middlesbrough is holding an Open Day for everyone this Saturday 16 May 2015.
Everyone is invited to come along to the Centre from 10.00am until 3pm to have a look around the centre, share in its celebrations of a recent award, meet the horses and watch RDA riders take part in the qualifying rounds for the RDA National Countryside Challenge.

CROFT SPONSORED RIDE - 3 MAY 2015
Thank you, thank you, thank you, to everyone who braved the deluge yesterday morning to take part in our sponsored fun ride at Croft. You are all stars, and we hope you have finally dried out! We're expecting to raise around £1000, but we'll confirm final figures soon. Many thanks to for Kate Chaytor-Norris and neighbouring farmers for allowing us to ride over their land, and to Ann Blowman, Vicky Williams and Trustee Judy Preston for organising and setting up. 2016 date will be circulated soon.
